Cancellation is free of charge until 21 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation 16-20 days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge up to 20% of the booking. In case of cancellation 11-15 days before the arrival date, the hotel charges up to 40% of the booking sum. In case of cancellation 6-10 days before the arrival date, the hotel will charge up to 60% of the booking sum. In case of cancellation 5 days before the arrival date, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 80% of the booking. In case of cancellation 4 days or less before the arrival date, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 100% of the booking.
