Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations and alterations until 7 days before your scheduled arrival date will be charged with 50% of the booked amount.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
